Who we are

ProCrew Directory (procrewdirectory.com) is operated by TruAido, a sole proprietorship in California. Contact: info@procrewdirectory.com.

Business listings

Listings contain business information that is already public: business name, phone number, address, posted hours, website, and the Google rating and review count on the date of our import. If you are a business owner and want a listing corrected or removed, email us with the listing link.

Quote requests from homeowners

When you send a quote request from a listing, we collect your name, phone number, town and job description. We send that information to the one business you chose so it can contact you about the job. We do not store it in our own database, we do not add you to any marketing list, and we do not share it with any other business. Our server logs record the listing and the time of the request, not your details.

Business owners who claim or add a listing

When you claim or add a listing we collect your name, role, mobile number, optional email and website, and the answers you give about your business. We store this in our customer records system to manage your listing and, if you consent, to text you about it. See the SMS terms for texting. You can ask us to delete your owner information at any time; the public business listing itself may remain, since it is public business information.

Cookies and analytics

The site does not use advertising cookies. We may use privacy-respecting, cookie-free analytics to count page views. Filter and form state may be kept in your browser's local storage for convenience only.

Payments

Premium listings are billed through Stripe. We do not see or store card numbers.

Children

The site is for adults arranging home and vehicle services and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

We will post changes on this page with a new effective date.
